Menus related to promotion of the system comes under prospecting section. Promotional tools like campaigns help in the activities to persuade consumers to buy your products or services. Functionality and working of the menu under Promotional tools in admin back office is similar to that of distributor back office. Only the menu that are admin specific are explained here. Please refer distributor back office user manual for the details of common functionalities.
Menus such as Overview, Leads & CRM, Lead Capture, Email Campaigns and Promotional Links are similar to that of distributor back office which is discussed in the respective manual.
List of all the leads in the system owned by the admin and those leads owned by other users are displayed under Leads by progress page.
All the appointments made by the users in the system are shown in this section.
The following details of the appointments are shown in the screen.
User: Username of the user who created the appointment.
Lead: The name and email address of the lead is shown in this field
Lead Status: Status of the lead is shown in this field.
From and To: The starting and end date and time of the appointment is given in these fields.
Appointment Status: The status of the appointment, whether it is pending/ confirmed/ completed etc. is shown in this field.
Manage: You can find the options to edit the details of the appointment or delete it under this.
Admin specific functionalities for configuring and managing promotion related settings are organized under this menu.
Username, Email Id, Current status, Phone number, owner, source and created date of each lead will be displayed in the details. Please refer Leads By progress section in distributor user manual for detailed explanation.
