The Dashboard is the home page displayed once you login to the back office.
You can view the overall report and statistics of the business which includes Sales summary, Business summary, revenue and profit overview, business growth, team performance etc. in this dashboard. The left side of dashboard consists of a menu bar and quick access keys on the top. Details of each section in the dashboard are described in detail in the following pages.
You can view the overall summary based on time period by selecting the time period given on the top right corner of the dashboard. Available options include: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and Overall. Note: Weekly will be the default time period selected in the dashboard.
This section in the dashboard shows the overall summary of the business with a count of different types of orders, distributors, customers and an overall revenue. Data shown in this section will be based on the time period selected.
The details that are shown are as follows.
Enrollment Orders: Total number of enrollment type orders which include enrollment, upgrade and renewals is shown under Enrollment orders. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Enrollment Order Status Summary screen where you can view the report and graphical representation of enrollment orders in different status.

2. Order Summary
Customer Ratio: The overall ratio of customers to distributors in the system is shown here. Distributor is represented as 1 in the ratio. This ratio will be 1:0 until the number of customers become equal to the number of distributors in the system. The ratio is calculated based on the number of distributors in the system. Click on the ratio and you will be redirected to Distributor and Customer Acquisition page as shown below where an overview and graphical representation of customers with respect to distributors are displayed.
Customer Acquisition Overview
Number of distributors who has achieved different range of customers under them are displayed under this section. On clicking the link against each range, you will be redirected to the Distributor & Customer Acquisition Range page where the details of distributors who have achieved the particular number of customers under them are displayed. Click on View all option against Customer Acquisition Overview and you will be redirected to Distributor & Customer Acquisition Range page as shown below.
The following details of distributors with the count of customers under them are displayed in the screen.
Distributor Name: Name of the distributor.
Distributor Username: Username of the distributor.
Email: Email address of the distributor.
Joined Date: Date on which the distributor joined the system.
Total Customers: Total number of customers under the distributor.
Note: You can sort the data of all the fields in both ascending and descending order by clicking on the fields or the arrow near the fields.
Click Filter option on the top of the screen. Admin can filter the data based on different distributor name and range of count of customers as shown below. The report can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter the data.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the data in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the distributor details satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
2. Customer Acquisition Range by Distributors
Graphical representation of range of customers acquired by distributors is shown in this section. Pie diagram with different colors represent the percentage of distributors who achieved each range of customers. You can view the percentage of distributors who achieved each range by moving the mouse pointer above the graph. Click on View All Records and you will be redirected to Distributor & Customer Acquisition Range page.
Active Subscriptions: The total number of Subscription orders is shown here. i.e. number of active recurring orders. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Manage Subscription screen where you can view the recurring order details as shown below. There are separate options to view both commerce and enrollment subscription orders.
Product Sales: Percentage of product revenue with total income is shown under Product sales.
Total Revenue, Expenses and Profit earned during the selected time period is shown in this section.
Revenue: Total amount of income generated to the system from all sources i.e. from both MLM and commerce orders is shown here. On clicking the revenue, you will be redirected to Sales and Income page which shows the total revenue details.
Expenses: Total amount used for payout and expenses is shown here. On clicking the expenses, you will be redirected to Compensation and Expenses page where details of all expenses are shown.
Profit: Total profit gained is shown here which is the difference between revenue and expenses. On clicking the amount, you will be redirected to transaction history page where you can view the details of transactions and profit earned.
Summary of the business in terms of total revenue, expenses etc. are shown in both numeric and graphical representations as in the below picture. Payout details are also shown in this section.
Summary of Payout details in the selected time period is also displayed under this section. Details are as follows.
Payout processed: Sum of the completed payout requests whose amount has been credited to the user's preferred account is shown here. On clicking the amount, you will be redirected to Completed Requests Page where you can view the Payout requests in completed status and its details.
Payout in progress: Sum of active payout requests is shown here. i.e. Total amount of payout requests which are ready for remittance. On clicking the amount, you will be redirected to Payout Summary Page where you can view the active Payout requests and its details.
Payout Pending: Total amount of payout requests with status Requested is shown here. On clicking the amount, you will be redirected to Active Payout Page where you can view the active Payout requests and its details.
Graphical representations of revenue and expenses and sales, bonus and other expenses comes under Business summary.
Revenue Trend: This is the graphical representation of revenue vs Payout and expenses in a particular time period. Revenue and payout & expenses are shown in different colors in the bar graph. You can select the time period by clicking the dropdown provided above the graph. Drop down consists of four options- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. You can also view the revenue by moving the mouse pointer above the graph.
Payout Trend: This is the graphical representation of sales, payout and other expenses. The percentage of sales, bonus and other expenses are shown in different colors in pie chart.
In this section you can see the members joined from each country.
The Map shows the countries from which the downline members joined the MLM system under the user. The countries where new users are joined are shown in blue color. You can see the number of members joined from each country by moving the mouse pointer above the country in the map. You can zoom in and zoom out the map using symbols + and - in the left corner of the map.
The bar graphs in the right side show the percentage of downline members in each geographical zone.
Click on Show All option and you will be redirected to the Joining History page where you can view the details of all the users joined with the joining date and country as shown below.
Pages that has to be used frequently for performing different actions are given in this section.
Menu that comes under Quick Actions are given below.
Support Tickets: Count of active support tickets created by the users is shown here. On clicking the number you will be redirected to Open tickets page where you can view the open tickets and its details.
Membership Subscription Expiry: Count of inactive or expired MLM subscription orders is shown here. On clicking the number you will be redirected to Manage subscription page where you can view details of inactive membership orders.
Autoship Order Expiry: Count of inactive or expired commerce subscription orders is shown here. On clicking the number you will be redirected to Manage subscriptions page where you can view the details of inactive commerce subscriptions.
A graphical representation of the business growth in the selected time period is shown here. You can select the time period by clicking the dropdown provided above the graph. Drop down consists of four options- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. You can also view the profit by moving the mouse pointer above the graph.
New customers: Percentage of number of new customers joined in the selected time period to the total number of customers is shown here.
New Distributors: Percentage of number of new distributors joined in the selected time period to the total number of distributors is shown here.
Repeated Purchases: Percentage of repeated purchases done in the selected time period is shown here.
The performance of the team(all the downline members) within the time period we have chosen is shown here in four sections which includes Top earners, Rank overview, Package overview and Recent joinings. You can filter the performance in a particular time period using the filter option provided. The drop down consists of five options: Overall, Today, This week, This month and This year. Details of each section are as follows:
Top Earners: The list of top-earning members from the user’s downline members is shown here.
Click on Show All icon to get the earnings overview of all the team members.
Rank overview: The number of members in each type of ranks available in the downline members of the user is shown here.
On clicking each rank, you will be redirected to team rank overview page which shows the members with the selected rank in the downline members of the user.
Package overview: The number of members with each type of package available in the downline members of the user is shown here.
On clicking each package, you will be redirected to team package overview page which shows the members with the selected package in the downline members of the user.
Recent joinings: The list of members joined in the past 15 days is shown here with their details. On clicking the Show All option, you can see the user joining history with the details of all members in the downline.
The upcoming events and the news added by the administrator can be viewed in this section. Timeline of corporate events held is shown in a calendar widget as shown below:
Click on the date and you can get the details of the event as below:
Click on the arrow marks to move the calendar to next and previous months.
Click on Show All to get the details of all the events in that month.
Links of news and activities related to the company and MLM business is shown here.
Click on Show All to view all the news and activities.
Click Read more against each news to read the entire news.
Customers: The count of total customers in the system is shown here. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Manage Customer screen where you can view the customer details. Please refer for more details.
Product Orders: Total count of commerce orders is shown here. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Commerce Dashboard page where you can view the details of the commerce orders as shown below. Please refer for more details.
Product Revenue: The total revenue or income earned from the product purchases is shown here. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Sales and Income page where you can view the income earned from sales in detail as shown below. Please refer for more details.
Salesforce: Total number of active distributors or members in the selected time period are shown under Salesforce. On clicking the number of active distributors shown, you will be redirected to Manage Members screen where you can view the details of active distributors as shown below. Please refer for more details.
Count of enrollment orders in different status is displayed in this section. On clicking the numbers against each status, you will be redirected to Manage Membership orders screen with the orders in the particular status filtered. Click on View all and you will be redirected to Manage Membership orders screen where all the enrollment orders and details are displayed. Please refer for more details of this page.
Graphical representation of percentage of enrollment orders in different status is displayed under order summary in pie chart. You can view the percentage of orders in each status by moving the mouse pointer above the graph. Click on View All Records and you will be redirected to Manage Membership orders screen where all the enrollment orders and details are displayed. Please refer for more details.
Enrollment Revenue: Total income or revenue earned from the enrollment orders is shown under enrollment revenue. On clicking the income, you will be redirected to Sales and Income page where you can view the income earned from enrollment in detail as shown below. Please refer for more details.
Auto-ship Orders: Total number of commerce subscription orders that needs to be renewed or shipped regularly in a particular time period is shown here. On clicking the Auto-ship orders, you will be redirected to manage subscription page where you can view the subscriptions for commerce products that needs to be shipped automatically in regular time period. Please refer for more details.
Orders for Approval: The count of orders that are awaiting payment ( The user has not completed the payment) is shown here which includes the Enrollment, upgrade, and renewal orders. On clicking the number, you will be redirected to Manage Membership orders screen with the filtered view of Pending Payment Orders. Please refer for more details.
Blocked Members: The admin has the privilege to block the members. The count of these type of members is shown under blocked members. On clicking the number against blocked members, you will be redirected to Blocked members screen where you can view the details of blocked members. Please refer for more details.
Inactive Members: The count of expired or inactive members is shown here. In some cases, the packages have an expiry period. After this expiry period, the user's status will be changed to Expired or Inactive if the user hasn't renewed their packages. On clicking the number you will be redirected to manage members screen where you can view the details of inactive members. Please refer for more details.
Withdrawal Requests: The count of total withdrawal requests generated is shown here. This includes the count of requests created by the users, manually generated by the admin, and automatically generated by the system (Not based on the different wallet). On clicking the number you will be redirected to Active payout screen where you can view the details of withdrawal requests. Please refer for more details.
KYC Approvals: Count of members who have uploaded the KYC file and waiting for the approvals from the admin is shown here. On clicking the number you will be redirected to KYC Documents page where you can view the details of users whose KYC documents are not verified. Please refer for more details.
