Login Page

Menu and functionalities designed exclusively for admin are discussed in this manual. Please refer distributor back office user manual for other common functionalities and their working.

User can access the administrator back office by logging into the system through the login page. The login page can be accessed either by clicking on the login option provided under My Account menu in the front-end of the website as shown in the representation below. Users can also log in directly using the URL provided.

Perform the following steps to log in to the back office.

Enter the URL: . You will be directed to the login page.

2. Enter your username and password in the fields provided.

If an invalid username or password is provided, a message saying "Username and password do not match" will be displayed on the screen.

3. Click on the Sign in button to log in to the back office.

Note: You also have Resend Verification Link and Forgot Password options to recover your account in case you have trouble logging in.

4. You can also create a new account by clicking on the Create a new Account option.

Resend Verification Link

The user will get an account activation email (verification email) with a link to set the password once the registration is successfully completed. If you have not received the verification link, click on Resend Verification Link and you will be redirected to the page as displayed below:

Enter the username for which the verification link needs to be sent.
Click on the Request button. Verification link for the respective username will be resend.

Note: If the username is already verified, a popup showing "User is already verified" appears at the top right corner of the page. If a non existing username is provided, a popup showing "Unable to find the user with this username" appears.

Recover Account

In case your password is forgotten or lost, you can configure a new password for your account using Recover Account option. Click on Forgot Password? option and you will be redirected to Recover Account page as shown below:

Enter the username or email ID given at the time of registration in the field provided.
Click Request button. The procedure for resetting the password will be send to the respective email ID. A message pops up on the top right corner of your screen as shown below.
